3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 rounded T. flour
1 cup raisins
1 to 1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Cook raisins until tender.

Seperately, mix sugar and flour, add sour cream and cook until thick.

Add some hot mixture to egg yolks, beat until smooth.

Return to sour cream mixture, blend, add raisins and vanilla.

Pour into a baked pie shell. Top with meringue & bake for 20 minutes.
