1 pork roast
juice of 1 lemon
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 bottle barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast covered in hot water in a crock pot on low for 10-12 hours. Pour off water and shred meat. Saute onion in a little butter. Combine bbq sauce, onion, sugar and lemon juice with meat in crock pot and cook on high for
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours or on low for 3-6 hours.
