"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs albacore tuna (or mahi
mahi)
2 lemons
2 mangos (or papayas are good too)
Pineapple rings
Black pepper
Butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat barbeque to low-medium heat. Cut lemon into slices. Cut mangos up into slices. Make a "fish boat", is what we call it, out of tinfoil. Take a piece of tinfoil and fold the edges up, big enough
to put your fish inside. Place a layer of lemon slices onto the bottom of the fish boat. Place fish on top of the lemon. Place butter, optional, and pepper directly on the fish. Place mango and
pineapple slices on top of fish to completely cover it. Cover the fish boat with another piece of tinfoil. Put the fish boat on the barbeque and cook for approximately 10-20 minutes, depending on
how much fish you have. Remove from
barbeque and serve.
