8 boneless chicken breast
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
3 tubes Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/2 stick of melted butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Boil chicken breast
Cut cooked chicken into bite size pieces
Put chicken in large bowl and add the three cans of soup, the sour cream; mix well. Spread the chicken mixture in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix the crackers and melted butter and cover the casserole with the crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

Another option:

Place 8 boneless chicken breast in casserole dish.
Cover with mixture of soup.
Cover with crushed cracker mixture and bake 50 - 55 minutes.

Cracker crumb mixture is optional. This is good with or without it. Serve over rice or noodles or simply by itself with fresh vegetables.
