1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Potatoes
Onion
Carrots

Directions:
Mix the two soups together to make a paste. Line a deep cooker with lid with aluminum foil. Put one half of soup mix on the bottom of cooker and place roast on top then cover the roast with remaining soup mix. Prepare vegetables and add to cooker. Cover. Cook in 250º oven. This dish takes at least four hours to cook so for an evening meal you would want to start cooking around noon but the meat will melt in your mouth, the vegetables will be firm and the drippings make a tasty gravy.

Personal Notes:
This recipe was one of the top requests in my family when my son was still at home. Plus it makes the house smell delicious while cooking so you are really hungry by the time the roast is done.
