Sour Dough Starter

2 cups unsifted flour
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and salt in a stone crock. Mix well. Add water, and beat to a smooth batter. Add vinegar. Cover with cheese cloth and set in a warm place until thoroughly sour. You determine this by the yeasty smell. Usually takes about 12 hours.
