4 c. Apples, peeled and diced
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 c. Celery, chopped
2 c. Walnuts, loosely chopped
1/4 c . Mayonnaise
1/2 c. Heavy Cream

Salt and Fresh Pepper to taste
Lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
When cutting the apples, sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Chop the celery and walnuts and add them to the apples. Mix the mayonnaise and the heavy cream in a cup. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste and mix with the apples. Refrigerate for about 2 hours and serve on a bed of lettuce.
