6 strips Bacon, fried, crumbled
2 T. Bacon drippings
2 T. Onion, minced, fresh or dried
1/4 c. Vinegar
1/3 c. Sugar
Spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the bacon and set aside. Save only 2 T. of the drippings; discard remainder. Add minced onion to the hot drippings. Cook, being careful not to burn. Remove from heat and add sugar and vinegar. Return to heat and bring to a boil. Pour over cleaned spinach and toss in the bacon which has been crumbled. Serve immediately.
