"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Grandmother Layman was every kids idea of a grandmother. Her back bedroom was always ready to be turned into a fort; she had tons and tons of stuff so that my brother and I could play dress up; she taught us to play "store" and how to count money. Best of all, she always had great treats for Hazen and I to enjoy whenever we came over to visit, which was often since she just lived across the street from us!
