Crust:

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo


Pumpkin mix:

1 (303) can pumpkin or 2 c. pumpkin pulp
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 T. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar



Topping:

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. butter

Crust:
Combine ingredients and press into ungreased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350º for 15 min.

Pumpkin filling:
Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices. Add milk and eggs. Mix well. Fill crust and bake at 350º for 20 min.

Topping:
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over pumpkin filling. Bake 15-20 min. at 350º. Cool. Top with Dream Whip if desired.
