3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. finely crushed graham crackers
3 T. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour milk
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1-1 1/4 c. all bran cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Sift flour, soda and salt together into bowl. Mix in dry crumbs. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture looks like meal. Mix rest of ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour into 2 well greased # 303 cans (or soup cans for smaller loaves), filling each a little over 1/2 full. Bake 35 min. Freezes well and keeps well in refrigerator.
