1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger
1 onion
1 1/2 packages of curly egg noodles
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
2 tsp. of Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. of garlic powder
Dash of pepper and salt
1 block of Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, add chopped onion, add Italian seasoning and garlic. Prepare egg noodles in boiling water until tender and drain. Prepare your baking pan with crisco, light film of grease on the bottom of pan, then layer hamburger mixture, sauce and cheese. Cover the entire first layer as much as you can with slices of Velveeta. Repeat this process and place in the oven for 30min at 350 degrees. Take out and serve with salad and Texas toast.
