1/2 c. (1 cube) margarine or butter, softned
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Shape dough into balls, using rounded teaspoon of dough for each. Combine sugar and cinnamon; roll balls of dough in sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set.
