For an 18 quart roaster:
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. yellow mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 large yellow onions, sliced
equal parts beer and water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together except the onions, beer and water. Pour the mixture into the roaster. Add onions. Add brats. Add beer and water until roaster is full. Cook.
