6 chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken
1 1/3 cups French friend onions divided
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups bite size frozen mixed veggies
2 tsp dried basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 tbs of oil in a skillet. Cook chicken 10 min or until browned. Remove and set aside. In same skillet, combine soup, 2/3 cup fried onions, milk and cheese. Heat until boiling. Stir in veggies and basil. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to med/low heat and cook until chicken is done. Top with remaining fried onions.
