1 Bag (16 oz) Birds Eye frozen mixed vegetables
2 Cans (6 oz each) tuna in water, drained
1 Cup uncooked instant rice
1 Can (10 3/4 oz) cream of celery soup
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Goldfish crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine vegetables and tuna. Stir in rice, soup, and milk. Place tuna mixture in 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole dish; cover and microwave on high for 6 min. Stir; microwave, covered 6-8 more minutes until rice is tender. Stir casserole and sprinkle with crackers.

This is a great meal for kids. Let the kids sprinkle the goldfish on top of the casserole. Also consider letting the kids pick out the goldfish at the grocery store. My kids like to use the rainbow goldfish.
