2-1/2 c. white chicken(chopped and cooked)
1 TB. minced parsley
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1 c. halved seedless red grapes
1 c. mayonaise
1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:

Gently combine all ingredients except mayo and cream. Chill overnight. Just before serving fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise. Serve with a lettuce leaf.
