2-8oz. cream cheese
2 TB. salsa
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onion tops
1-4 1/2 oz. can green chilies, drained
1 c. chopped fresh spinach
1/2 c. chopped black olives
2 pkg. lg. tortilla shells
1 c. shredded pepper jack cheese

Directions:

Beat cream cheese, add sour cream, green chilis, olives, cheese, salsa and green onion tops. Beat together then add chopped spinich and mix. Spread on tortilla shells and roll up. Slice into 4-6 pieces and place a toothpick in each to hold them together. Serve with salsa if desired.
