1 Duncan Hines Orange Cake Mix
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 eggs
1 can Mandarin Oranges, undrained

Icing
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup coconut
8 oz. package cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13-inch pan.
2. Mix cake mix, oil, butter, eggs and oranges. Mix well. Pour into pan.
3. Bake 30-40 minutes. Cool about 20 minutes.
4. Mix pineapple, pudding, coconut, and cream cheese. Mix well and spread on cake.
5. Keep cake refrigerated.
