1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can (7oz.) tuna, drained
chopped onion to taste
1/4 tsp. horseradish sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
chopped celery to taste (optional)
fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended; then place in a small bowl and let it mold into shape. Refrigerate at least 2 - 3 hrs. Turn out onto small plate. Chop fresh parsley very fine or use parsley flakes and pat all around ball. If you wish, decorate with olives or other garnishes.
