1 lb hot Italian sausage
1 lb American sausage
2 lbs ground beef
2 med diced onions
3 diced carrots
3 crushed garlic cloves
2 - 14.5 oz cans crushed tomatoes
3 - 14.5 oz cans Italian crushed tomatoes
2 - 14.5 oz cans tomato sauce
46 oz tomato juice
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
mushrooms (to taste)
3 T minced parsley
1 - 5 oz can diced olives

Directions:
Directions:
Skin Italian sausage and fry until done. Crumble and put in a LARGE pot. Fry American sausage, crumble and add to large pot. Crumble and fry the ground round - add to pot. Saute onions, carrots, and garlic until onions are tender. Add to pot! Add all tomatoes, tomato sauce and juice. Add balance of ingredients. Cook on low heat and stir often. Simmer for several hours.
