2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs
1/4 C fine bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp tabasco
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 T parsley, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion and garlic in the marinade from one artichoke jar 5 minutes until limp.

Chop drained artichoke hearts and pat dry with a paper towel.

Beat eggs.
Add the bread crumbs and seasonings.
Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into a greased 7" x 11" pan and bake at 325º for 30 minutes.

Serve cold or reheat at 325º for 10 minutes.
Cool in the pan and cut in small squares.
