Dressing:
2/3 C salad oil
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 C wine vinegar
1/4 tsp curry powder
2 T white wine
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp sugar

2 bunches fresh spinach, rinsed and dried.
2 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

Directions:

Combine dressing ingredients in a covered jar and chill.

In a salad bowl combine spinach, eggs and bacon. Toss with salad dressing
