5 lbs. of potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups real mayonnaise
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 lb. bacon

Serves 10-12 people

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with the skins on. Cool peel and chunk potatoes. Dice Velveeta cheese into small cubes and add to the potatoes. Cook bacon until crumbly and add to mixture. Add chopped onion and mayonnaise to mixture. Mix all ingredients together well and place in 13x9 casserole dish. Bake at 350º until the cheese is melted.
