3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
chocolate
butter
vanilla
peanut butter

Directions:

Boil sugar, milk and chocolate till it forms a soft ball. Add butter. Let sit. Add vanilla and peanut butter and beat till stiff.

Everybody loved Mom's fudge. My sister, Dot, sent me this recipe but the amounts of some of the ingredients are missing. This is how many of our mothers/aunts wrote their recipes. They knew what they put in but would put in a handful of this, about a cup of that, pour in a bit of vanilla, stir in ingredients until it looked or felt right. Put in as much as desired, to your taste.
