1 c. flour
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
1 stick oleo
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1- 8 oz cool whip
1 tbsp. milk
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
1/4 c. nuts or grated chocolate bars
8 oz. cool whip

Directions:

Mix flour, nuts and oleo. Spread in 9x13 inch pan.

Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, cool whip (8 oz) and milk (1 tbsp.). Spread over crust.

Combine pudding and milk (3 c.) and beat. Pour over cream cheese mixture.

Top with 8 oz cool whip and spring with nuts or chocolate.
