3-1/2 lbs Top Sirloin Steak
salt
pepper
3 T catsup
2-1/2 T Worchestershire Sauce
lemon juice
1 sliced lemon
l medium chopped onion
8 mushrooms

Directions:


Preheat oven to 500º

Place steak in a shallow baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine catsup, worcestershire sauce and lemon juice - pour over steak. Arrange lemon slices on top of steak. Put onion and mushrooms around the steak. Place pan in the middle of a preheated 500º oven. Cook 30 minutes for rare or 45 minutes for medium. Turn onions and mushrooms once or twice.
