300 gr minced lamb meat, 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 spoons oil, 2 spoons rice 125 ml warm water dill, finely chopped 12-15 large grape vine leaves Salt Pepper 1 spoon butter 250 ml

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onion and meat. Add warm water, salt, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes. Place the leaves in boiled water for a second in order to soften them. Drain leaves and place a spoon of the stuffing in each leaf. Fold the leaves and place them in the saucepan. Cover them with a plate in order not to open. Add water and butter and cook for 45 minutes in low heat.
