1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
Filling:
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (15oz) can pumpkin
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
8 Tbls. butter, melted
1 (16oz) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine cake mix, eggs and butter; mix well. Pat mixture into bottom of lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
Filling: Beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and butter and beat together. Next, add powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well. Spread pumpkin mixture over cake batter. Bake 40-50 minutes. Do not over bake as center should be a little gooey.

This is one of my favorite desserts. It is so buttery and yummy. I suggest when you make it to hide a couple of squares for yourself, as it doesn't last long around my family and friends!
