1 loaf cocktail rye bread
1/2 c. spanish olives, chopped
8-oz. shredded Jarlsberg swiss cheese
1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley(or dried)
1-1/2 c. mayonaise
1-1/2 tsp. chopped chives, opt.
8 oz. bacon, chopped, fried crispy
1-1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1/2 c. black olives, chopped
1/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt

Directions:

Mix well, spread on cocktail rye, bake at 350º on a non-stick spray coated pan until brown-serve.

This is an appetizer Chef Ray Tambrini showed to us at M.O.P.S and then we got to eat it! It was easy and delicious! He did say to use Jarlsberg Swiss Cheese and not anything else.
