Graham Cracker crust:

1/4 lb. oleo
1 T. powdered sugar
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs



Cheese fluff mixture:

1 pkg. (small) lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Melt oleo, mix with sugar and crackers. Press mixture down firmly on bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Set aside.
Cheese fluff mixture: Mix jello and boiling water. Chill until almost set.
Chill evaporated milk. Shake well, pour into a bowl and beat until stiff.
In another bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Beat jello and cheese mixture with whipped milk until blended. Pour over graham cracker crust. Cover with graham cracker crumbs. Let set. Chill in refrigerator.
