2 c. flour
½ c. sugar
½ tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. vanilla yogurt
½ c. canola oil
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

TOPPING:
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
¼ c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In separate bowl, combine eggs, yogurt, oil and mix well. Add dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups ¾ full. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle 1 Tbsp. topping on each muffin.

Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Yield: 1 dozen
