1 box chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
(optional) chopped water chestnuts, nuts or celery to taste

Directions:

Mix ingredients together. Top with seasoned bread crumbs. Dot with butter.
Bake @ 350º for 45 minutes.
