1/2 cup pickled jalapeņos
Juice from pickled jalapeņos, to taste
1 packet buttermilk ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise (not low fat)
1/2 bunch cilantro, stems removed, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Puree' jalapeņos in blender until fine using juice if necessary
Mix dressing mix, buttermilk mayo and cilantro in bowl
Add to pureed jalapeņos and blend in blender
Refrigerate overnight for best taste
Serve with fresh veggies, tortilla chips or use as salad dressing
