1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. skim Carnation milk
1 1/2 c cooked wild rice
2 c. cooked cubed chicken
3 c. boiled carrots, celery, and onion
parsley
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, gradually add flour stirring constantly.Cook for a few minutes, slowly add broth and milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add remaining ingredients and heat.
**You can also make in a crock-pot by simply making the broth and adding in uncooked veggies, rice, and chicken and cooking all day.**
