1 TLB. Yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 TLB sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 Cup Flour
1 square margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except butter. Knead 3 min. Let rest 10 minutes. Roll out dough same size as cookie sheet. Butter bottom of cookie sheet. Put dough in cookie sheet. With pastry brush, cover with butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt OR cinnamon & sugar OR garlic salt & parmesan cheese. Cut in strips lenghwise and crosswise. Cook 20 min at 350º or until golden brown.
