40 large marshmallows
1 1/2 C orange juice
1 pint heavy cream, whipped
mandarin orange slices
Directions:
Directions:
Melt marshmallows in orange juice over low heat.
Cool.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill.
Garnish with orange slices before serving.
