6 slices of bread
1/2 lb Old English Cheese (slices)
1 lb raw shrimp
1/4 C oleo, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 pint milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook raw shrimp according to package instructions. Do not overcook.
Rinse and drain after cooking.

Break bread in pieces, about the size of a quarter.
Break cheese into bite sized pieces.

Arrange shrimp, bread, and cheese in several layers in a greased 4 quart casserole dish.
Pour melted oleo over the mixture.

Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard, mix together and pour over the contents in the casserole dish.

Let stand 3 hours minimum and preferably over night in the refrigerator.
Bake 1 hour, covered in a 350º oven.
