1/2 c.butter
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 egg
1/3 c. red pepper, chopped
1 c. flour
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. turkey, chopped
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
Filling:
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
1/3 c. carrots, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sour cream and egg. Beat till smooth. Add flour, salt and baking powder and blend. Spread batter evenly over the bottom and sides of 9" greased pie plate. Filling: Mix veggies and saute lightly. Combine soup, turkey with the veggies and place in pie plate. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake @350 for 1 hour. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

You can use a larger pie plate if you have one because the crust overflows a little. This is as the kostelyks say "real real."
