1lb. Sirloin Tip Steak - 1/2 inch thick
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic crushed or 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 cups water
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 green peppers cut in strips
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 medium sized tomatoes cut into wedges

Directions:

Pound steak to 1/4 inch thickness.

Cut into 1/4 inch wide strips.

Sprinkle meat with paprika and let stand 15 minutes.

Heat oil in deep pan, brown meat. Add garlic and water with beef bouillon. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

Stir in onion and green peppers, cook an additional 5 minutes.

Blend corn starch, water & soy sauce and stir into meat mixture.

Cook, stirring until clear & thickened, about 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes and stir gently.

Serve over fluffy rice.
