2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/8 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
2 Tablespoon all purpose flour
14 - 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
1 Cup water
1 onion, sliced
1 Cup green beans
1 Cup carrots, shredded
2/3 Cup biscuit baking mix
1/3 Cup cornmeal
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt & pepper; brown in a skillet with oil. Sprinkle flour over the top; stir in broth, water, onionm beans and carrots. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. In another bowl, combine baking mix, cornmeal and cheese; stir in milk. Drop by tablespoonfuls into soup; return to a boil. Simmer, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes.
