2 sticks butter
6 eggs
1 and 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 and 1/2 cups flour
2 lbs seedless raisins
1/4 lb citron peel
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar and add eggs. Beat all. Add flour, add fruit and baking powder. Line tube pan with buttered waxed paper and pour in mixture.
Cook at 400 for 10 minutes, lower oven to 275º and continue to cook for 2 hours.

This recipe is from Grandma Jarvis. The date on it is 1924. We always loved this!! It was fun converting the recipe's that Grandma gave us. Grandma would give us measurements in pounds. UGH!
