2 lbs. gr. beef; 1 onion, chopped; 1 tbsp. oil; 2 cans mushroom soup; 1 soup can milk; i can chopped chiles; 1 dox. flour tortillas; 1 lb. cheddar cheese grated.
Directions:

Brown beef with onion and oil. Add soup, milk and chiles. Layer in casserole with tortillas, torn into bits. Top with cheese.
Bake 30 min. at 352º
