1 small cantaloupe
1 small honey dew melon
1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange pieces (reserve fluid)
3/4 lb bananas, sliced
1/4 lb seedless grapes

Pink fruit salad dressing (makes 1 cup)
1/4 C cranberry juice cocktail
1/4 C mayonnaise
1/4 C heavy cream
1/4 C blanched almonds, slivered

Pink Fruit Salad Dressing (makes 1 C):
Whip cream.
Combine cranberry juice cocktail and mayonnaise.
Add whipped cream and almonds.
Mix well.

Peel and cube the melons.
Add mandarin orange pieces (drain and reserve fluid).
Slice bananas into the mandarin orange juice.
Add remaining fruit.
Gently toss together.
Add pink fruit salad dressing.
Garnish with mint and a cherry.
