Tenderized Round Steak
Make following seasoned flour...
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 pepper
1 cup flour
1 egg
3/4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dip steak in seasoned flour, then in egg and milk which have been beaten togeher, then dip in seasoned flour again. Heat small amount of oil in frying pan and brown meat on both sides over medium heat. Remove meat to a warm platter and make country gravy.

Country gravy:

Drain off excess fat from drippings, work 3 tablespoons of seasoned flour into drippings and slowly add 2 cups milk into the drippings. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until gravy thickens to desired consistency. Pour gravy over steaks.
