Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Tortillas
1 Tbsp. herb cream cheese, spread on each tortilla
Thin slice of turkey
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1-2 Tbsp. chopped tomatoes
1-2 Tbsp. black olives, sliced
1-2 Tbsp. artichokes, chopped
¼ c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
For each rollup use a square of foil, large enough to wrap the filled tortilla.

Layer all ingredients on the tortillas.

Roll up by folding in about 1 inch on each end first. Then wrap foil around it. These can be frozen, and placed right in the oven or on the grill. 30-35 minutes on the grill, or 30 minutes in a 425 degree oven. They can also be cut into slices for a quick appetizer.

(Make it to your family’s taste. Our kids like just meat and cheese. Mom and Dad like “the works”.)
