English muffin bread
1 pkg. ham, thin sliced
½ lb Swiss cheese, sliced
½ lb cheddar cheese, sliced
8 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ c. cornflakes, crushed
¼ c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13x9 pan. Cut crust off bread and butter one side. Cover bottom of pan with bread, buttered side up, then cover with a layer of sliced ham and a layer of sliced cheddar cheese. Cover with another layer of bread, buttered side up, then cover with a layer of Swiss cheese. Blend eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over top. Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours or overnight. Mix cornflakes and melted butter just before baking and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.
