2oz chilled citrus vodka
1 dash of tabasco sauce
Half a teaspoon of horseradish
Dash of cocktail sauce
squeeze of a lemon wedge
1 oyster

Shuck oyster, be careful not to cut yourself! Combine chilled vodka, horseradish, cocktail sauce, tabasaco and lemon juice with oyster in a shot glass......DRINK!

I created this shot while Bartending at FINZ in Salem MA, an up-scale seafood resturant and martini bar. It has created quite a following amongst the patrons and I've found it to be a great ice breaker on blind dates. It does not look very appetizing but I can assure you tastes great and is a fun novelty shot to jump start your night. Cheers!
