2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package dry yeast (1/4 oz)
1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. olive oil
3/4 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
12 oz. mozzarella cheese slices or shredded
1 3/4 oz. pepperoni slices (about 25 slices)
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Preheat oven to 400
Lightly grease a 12 x 9 baking sheet.
Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Stir in yeast.
Make a well in center and add olive oil and 1 cup lukewarm water. Mix until a soft dough forms. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 5 minutes. Roll out dough and press into pan. Cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature, then bake for 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven, spread with sauce, arrange cheese, then pepperoni, and other toppings as desired. Sprinkle with oregano. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake until golden brown for 15-20 minutes.
