1 (8oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, room temp.
1/2 C Sour Cream
1 C Chicken broth
3 lb. red potato, thinly sliced (12 C)
1 (6oz) pkg smoked ham, chopped
1 (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 C frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: cream cheeses, sour cream, chicken broth until well blended.
Add potatoes, ham, peas & 1 3/4 C cheese
Stir gently till all ingredients are coated.
Spoon into a 9 x 13 greased bkg dish
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 C cheese.
Bake 350 degree oven 1 - 1 1/2 hours till potatoes are soft

We found it took over 1 hour to bake. But, everyone enjoyed the dish. This recipe serves a big family. It could be cut in half Any ham is delicious in this recipe.
